As we start off a new year, we are grateful for all of the new members we gained in 2015. In the spring, we welcomed a new post-doc, Chathurada Suge Gajadeera, who has been working on the intermediate wheatgrass project, as well as helping out Chelsey on her research with soy allergenicity. We love having Chathurada as part of the lab 122 team! In the fall, we gained a new graduate student, Sonia Han, who also works alongside Pam at Cargill! Sonia spends most of her time during the week at Cargill, so it’s a welcome surprise when she pops in to lab 122! Finally, we hired three new undergraduate team members in Fall 2015: Alex Cummins, Erica Gardner, and Reilly McNaught! They have been a humongous help, and we are more than appreciative for all they have done. Welcome to the lab family, new members!!
